Since all our pieces are hand-crafted and/or made to order, all sales are final.

Please inspect your items upon arrival and contact us at dortchebabe@gmail.com if the item(s) is defective or damaged, so we can rectify the issue immediately.

The INVISIBLE PEARL has a 3 time warranty. Meaning, you will be able to repair your necklace 3 times within a year. If a repair is needed please email us at dortchebabe.com and we will provide you with the necessary shipping details. Note that in order to qualify for the repair your pearl must be intact and mailed back to us, you are responsible for shipping cost.
