Unfortunately, we are not responsible for any packages if they are lost or stolen. If your package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

All items are handmade to order and will be shipped out within 5-7 business days with the exception of customized items and pre-order items.
